1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MindSharp ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MindSharp is a memory and cognitive training game offered by Mendebur Studios. Features include timed tile-matching gameplay, global leaderboards, combo scoring, and shareable achievement certificates.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future.

3. User Accounts & Usernames

• You may choose any username that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating another person
• You are solely responsible for activity associated with your username
• We reserve the right to remove usernames that violate these Terms without prior notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or use automated tools to manipulate game scores or leaderboard rankings
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application or its source code
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or Firebase database
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, sound effects, and gameplay elements of MindSharp are the exclusive property of Mendebur Studios and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of MindSharp without our prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting a username to our leaderboard, you grant Mendebur Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that username within the Service and its promotional materials.

7. Disclaimers

MindSharp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and data will be preserved indefinitely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mendebur Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use MindSharp, including but not limited to loss of data, scores, or progress.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to MindSharp for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
